Missing orders, recovery, and blocked numbers
How to recover abandoned checkouts from the Missing Orders page, how to stop nuisance orders with Blocked Numbers, and which apps power each of them.
Not every customer completes checkout, and not every order deserves processing. These two pages cover both cases.
The Missing Orders page
It lists incomplete or abandoned checkouts — customers who started buying and never finished. The available tools:
- Recovery filters to isolate the cases worth chasing.
- Bulk convert to orders to turn the ones you confirm by phone into real orders.
- Bulk delete to clear out records that lead nowhere.
- CSV export to work the list outside the dashboard.
Recovery features are powered by the Missed Order Recovery app from the apps store. Without it activated, the recovery tools are not available to you.
The Blocked Numbers page
To stop orders coming from specific numbers:
- Open Orders → Blocked Numbers.
- Add the phone number — you can paste a batch of numbers at once.
- Write a reason so the decision is documented for you and your team.
The page also supports searching the list and bulk deletion. You can block a number directly from an order's details page as well.
