The apps store and integrations
How to discover and activate apps, free versus paid, why an app's panel stays locked before activation, and what the main available apps actually add.
Apps is where you add capabilities to your store with no technical work.
Browsing the store
- The Discover tab: every available app.
- The Installed tab: what you have activated.
- Categories and search for quick access.
Activation and subscriptions
Some apps are free and some carry a monthly subscription paid from your wallet or card.
Each app's settings panel stays locked until the app is activated. If a panel seems unresponsive, the app most likely isn't active yet.

The WhatsApp app messages the customer on the thank-you page — it does not notify you. There is currently no WhatsApp or SMS notification to the store owner when a new order arrives; new orders appear inside the dashboard only.
Catalog notes
- A number of apps carry a coming soon badge and cannot be activated yet.
- Some apps are external partnerships that are not activated from inside the platform.
