Orders page tools: tabs, filters, and bulk actions
A guide to the Orders page toolkit: a counted tab per status, a KPI strip, several filters, bulk print/export/status actions, and the export-status column.
The Orders page isn't just a table — it carries a full layer of filtering and bulk-operation tools.
Tabs and the KPI strip
- A tab per status: "All" plus the nine statuses, each showing how many orders it holds.
- A KPI strip above the table showing order count, successful orders, revenue, average order value, and conversion rate — all over the selected time range.
Available filters
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Status | Narrow to a single status |
| From / to date | A specific time range |
| Country | The customer's country as entered |
| Customer name | Search by name |
| Phone | Search by phone number |
| Amount from / to | Narrow by order value |
| Data quality | Isolate incomplete or suspicious orders |
| IP country | The country inferred from the connection |
| Page size | How many rows to show |
"Country" and "IP country" are not the same thing: the first is what the customer typed, the second is what the system inferred from their connection. A mismatch is a useful signal when reviewing a suspicious order.
Bulk actions
Selecting orders in the table reveals an action bar:
- Print the selected orders.
- Export to Excel (xlsx file).
- Re-export to Google Sheets — appears once the Google Sheets app is connected.
- Change status for all selected orders at once.
- Delete the selected orders.
The "Export status" column
Specific to the Google Sheets integration, with three values: Sent, Failed, Not exported. Use it to spot rows that never reached your sheet, then re-export them.
Inside an order's details
From a single order page you can:
- Change the order status.
- Block or unblock the customer's number.
- Edit the order's details.
There is currently no refund action inside the order page. Refunds are handled outside this screen.
