Wallet: balance, top-up, transactions, and saved cards

How the store wallet works as a prepaid balance, what the Balance, Transactions and Payment Methods pages show, and how to top up and manage saved cards.

The wallet is a prepaid balance that funds your store's subscription and usage. The Wallet menu holds three pages.

1. Balance

Shows:

  • Your current balance.
  • The pending / settling amount.
  • Your current plan and renewal date.
  • Recent transactions.
  • A Top Up Now button for an immediate top-up.

2. Transactions

The full wallet ledger, with transaction types and statuses. This is the reference for any question about a charge or a credit.

3. Payment Methods

Manages your saved Stripe cards:

  • Add a card.
  • Set a default card.
  • Delete a card.

Adding a card is only available when Stripe is enabled. If you don't see the add option, Stripe is not enabled for your store.

Why the balance matters

If a published store runs out of balance, a full lock screen appears, with inline top-up available from it. Keep enough balance so your sales never stop.

Plan and billing details are in Subscription, plans, and how billing works.
