Subscription, plans, and how billing works

Choosing a plan, switching monthly/yearly, what the orders limit means, the two billing modes, the grace period, and handling a past-due status.

The Subscriptions page brings together everything about your plan and billing.

What the page shows

  • Your current plan and renewal date.
  • Your wallet balance.
  • A Monthly / Yearly toggle.
  • Up to three plans (default names: Launch, Professional, Business).

Each plan lists its features and its orders limit.

Each plan's order limit is set by the platform team, not fixed in the app — so rely on what your own plans page displays; a plan with no order cap means "Unlimited".

Choosing a plan

The Choose Plan button charges your wallet immediately. Make sure you have enough balance before pressing it.

The two billing modes

ModeHow it charges
Monthly (default)A recurring subscription per plan
Per orderA set fee on each order

Both come with a default 7-day grace period.

If your status goes past-due

A Pay Due Now button appears. Settle it quickly — staying past-due with an empty balance leads to the full lock screen on a published store.

The yearly toggle

Choosing yearly billing shows a savings badge in the interface. Check your plan's pricing on that same page before confirming.
