Acceptance

By using the XOrders platform or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Your account

• You agree to provide accurate details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Merchant responsibilities

The store you build is yours; we provide the tool. You are responsible for:

• The legality of what you sell and compliance with the laws of your country.
• The accuracy of prices, product descriptions, and your shipping and refund policies.
• Fulfilling orders, dealing with your customers, and protecting their data.
• Taxes and duties owed on your sales.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for:

• Selling what the law prohibits, fraud, or money laundering.
• Infringing anyone else’s intellectual property.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform, exceed usage limits, or reach another store’s data.
• Sending spam or harmful content through platform tools.

Subscription and billing

• Some plans are free and some are paid; each plan’s details are shown on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel before the renewal date.
• If a payment fails, the account may be given a grace period, after which some features are restricted until the balance is settled.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms or where there is a security or legal risk. We aim to give notice where we can, which may not be possible in urgent cases.

You may close your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterwards.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software, themes and brand belong to XOrders. Your content — your products, images and text — stays yours, and you grant us a limited licence to host and display it in order to run your store.

Availability and limits of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and maintenance windows happen.

We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profit. In any case our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the incident.

Services provided by third parties — payment gateways, shipping companies — are governed by those providers’ terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms; we will change the date above and announce material changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

The local law of the country the store operates from applies unless agreed otherwise in writing. Questions: [email protected]
