Setting up your store: the AI builder or a ready-made theme
A complete walkthrough of the 7-step setup wizard: theme, niche, store info, audience and style, fonts, products, and review — then generate, preview, and apply.
Once your account is confirmed, the setup screen opens right on top of the dashboard. This is where you choose how your store gets built.
The two paths
| Path | What it does | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| AI builder | Generates a theme and starter content from your answers | Anyone who wants a ready starting point fast |
| Ready-made theme | Starts from a catalog theme and you build the content yourself | Anyone with a clear plan and content on hand |
The AI wizard — seven steps
1. Theme
Pick the theme the AI builds your storefront on.
2. Niche
Choose your store's field: perfume, fashion, electronics, food, home, health, jewellery, or general. This steers the tone of the generated content and the suggested imagery.
3. Store info
Store name, logo, and description.
4. Audience and style
This is where your store's personality is set: character, tone, dialect, and a description of your business of up to 1,200 characters. The more precise the description, the closer the generated content lands to what you want.
5. Fonts
Choose your storefront fonts from the available font library — they drive your store's typography.
6. Products
Add your first products.
You need at least 4 products to complete this step, each with an image. You can't continue until both conditions are met.
7. Review
Check everything you entered before generating.
Generate, then preview, then apply
After the review, the generation screen runs and a preview of the result appears. Your store does not actually change until you press Apply.
Your wizard answers are not saved over the network until you actually apply. Leaving before applying means nothing was written to your store.
After applying
You can always switch themes or edit the content later from Appearance → Themes, and reopen the AI wizard from the AI-theme button. See Themes, appearance, and previewing your storefront.
