Creating your account, verifying your email, and signing in

Building your store on XOrders starts with a free account — no credit card required. This article walks through the full journey from the register page to your dashboard.

Before you start

All you need is:

• An email address you can open right now (the verification code goes there).
• A password you keep somewhere safe.

Step 1: Create the account

1. Open the register page from the main site.
2. Enter your basic details and a password.
3. Submit the form to create the account.

Step 2: Confirm your account with the verification code

After signing up — or after your first sign-in — the verification screen appears:

1. Open your inbox and find the XOrders verification code email.
2. Enter the code in the field provided.
3. If nothing arrives, wait 45 seconds and use the resend button.

If it still hasn't arrived after a resend, check your Spam / Junk folder and confirm the address was typed correctly.

Step 3: Sign in

Once confirmed, you sign in with your email and password.

Recovering your password

1. Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Open the emailed link and set a new password.

If you own more than one store

After signing in, a store-selection page appears so you can pick the store to manage. That choice scopes everything you see afterwards: orders, products, statistics and settings all belong to the selected store only.
