Live Visitors: the real-time view with map and funnel

The Live View panel answers one question fast: what is happening in my store right now?

How to reach it

From the live-visitors badge or from the dashboard; its direct address is the /live path.

What it shows

• Visitors right now.
• Today's sessions, sales, and orders.
• A customer behaviour funnel: product view → add to cart → purchase.
• Sessions by location.
• An interactive globe with visitor and order markers at country level.

How to read the funnel

The gap between two stages tells you where the problem is:

• Many views but few add-to-carts → a product-page problem (images, price, description).
• Many add-to-carts but few purchases → a cart, checkout, or shipping problem.

Data honesty

Every number here is real, and empty states are honest. When updates lag, a "data may be stale" state appears instead of showing a misleading figure.
